Daily | Interior and exterior wipe downs, ensure ladder and baffles are in place, follow daily dry out procedure |
Weekly | Empty broiler pan in proofer, wipe down gaskets, water pan cleaned out, clean wire racks, stainless steel and glass cleaning |
Monthly | Heavier interior clean out |
Quarterly | -Check for lime build up in fill tank water level float & heating element (de-lime if necessary) -Check door hinge alignments (adjust if necessary) |
Annually | Gasket check, change water filter |
